You can do this by using the Post Loop widget. Please add a post loop widget to the intended row and open the Posts query section. Type the name of the category into the Taxonomies field and select it when it appears. Set the Posts Per Page field to the desired amount. Scroll to the top and select one of the templates and then save the page. How does that look? If it doesn’t look right, try changing the template of the post loop.
