Language files missing?

A bit ago I bought the premium theme. All went well but I can’t localize the lanuguage files in the language folder of the theme as described in this thread ( https://siteorigin.com/thread/focus-premium-theme-translation/). There is only a readme.txt file and no .mo or .po files. Where can I find the files then?
