I’ve downloaded the kedavra theme from theme forest. It uses the site origins builder bundle.
When you try use the editor it prompts you to download
“”You need to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to use the widget SiteOrigin_Widget_Editor_Widget.
Save and reload this page to start using the widget after you’ve installed it.””
It links through to my plugins page where it says the bundle is actived.
you save and reload and the same message still appears.
When you load the prebuilt themes all of the widgets are missing or the ones that are there get into you into the loop described above.
the only widget that works is the big hero image.
Hi Patrick,
Hm, that’s odd. Could you please navigate to WP Admin > Plugins > SiteOrigin Widget and ensure the editor widget is enabled.
If it is, this is likely a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If the above doesn’t help, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
