I have deactated, and reactived the plugin, along with many others with no resolve.

I have a recent backup. Can i rollback to the previous version? what is the best method for doing so?
Can anyone help me to resolve the issue?
Hi IdeaZign,
I’m really sorry that you’re facing issues after the latest SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle update. I’ve had a look at your website and it appears to be working correctly – although that’s likely due my unfamiliarity with your website. Can you please elaborate on the issues you’re facing?
With that said, I think WordPress may have failed to install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle update. Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and find the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. If the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle isn’t listed, please restore the backup and then update the SiteOrgin Widgets BUndle again. Does this issue remain?
Alex, Thanks for the reply.
on the homepage I’m missing a ton of content, First row is missing, an Hero widget image slider, do you see that?
I’d say 75% is missing for me on all devices/browsers and in private mode. Some pages don’t appear at all, some do, that are built with SOPB
SO widgets bundle has been installed all along. Updated today, and process was a standard success with no errors.
I have deactivated and re-activated it and SO page builder plugin. I have 1.15.3 installed for Widgets Bundle.
All our media, and page builder layouts are still showing correct in the back end.
I have now rolled back to 1.15.2 with no luck. I have re-installed wordpress 5.1 as well as the theme. Purged my cache’s
Theme is BeSocial – updated 2/28/19 Some of this is pointing me to believe that the theme is not compatible with SO WB 1.15.3, though rolling it back didn’t change anything.
Hi IdeaZign,
Ah. Yeah, I can see there’s a Hero widget in the markup of your website but it’s not visible for some reason.
Please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
I activated 2019 and it displayed the exact same issues
Hi IdeaZign,
I just had a look at your website again and I’m seeing the Hero widget and your page overall looks like it’s working correctly. Did you manage to resolve this issue?
If not, please open your home page and save the page (you don’t need to make any changes). This will regenerate the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle cache and any other caches on your website for that page. did that help?
i have resolved this issue:
i rolled back to 1.15.2 and then updated again, and it worked.
had to have done that back and forth, 3 times. thank you for all your support.
