Just installed Page Builder and can’t find it anywhere

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Title pretty much says it all. I tried deleting and reinstalling, deleting all other plugins and then deleting and reinstalling Page Builder, but I can’t find it anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Aedum1

If you’re using the Block Editor you can insert a SiteOrigin Layout Block, alternatively, if you’re using the Classic Editor there is a Page Builder tab next to the Visual and Text tabs when adding a page or post.

Well, I wouldn’t go that far! I still have absolutely no clue what I’m doing. But it’s only day 2, so I’m not too worried yet.

Our Getting Started video might be helpful Page: Getting Started With Page Builder. The Classic Editor interface is depicted in the video.

Classic editor looks easier to work with, especially since almost every tutorial was written or filmed before the new editor came into use. Which do you recommend?

It depends on which interface you feel most comfortable in. If you’d like to use Page Builder and widgets and don’t want to use blocks at the moment then the Classic Editor is easy to work with.

Actually, can I ask something else? I just downloaded and installed a theme package, Mono, but it has this logo on the top left. I’ve went in and switched the logo out through customize/theme settings/branding, and when I’m in there it shows the temporary logo I’ve got set up and the original gone, but as soon as I go back to view my page proper, it’s the same ‘Mono’ logo that’s there.

How can I change this? I’ve looked everywhere.

    Doesn’t matter, figured it out.
