Jetpack contact form not working since page builder update

Hello,

I am not sure how to fix this. The contact form from Jetpack was working fine and now when a user tries to input information it just goes nowhere.

I am a noob which is why I love using page builder but unfortunately I don’t know where to begin in fixing this issue. I would love to get rid of Jet pack altogether and use another contact form. But since I don’t know enough about uninstalling a plugin I’m afraid I just need to fix the contact form which is the only reason I got the plugin in the first place.

Wow, that seemed like a long explanation. :-) Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

    I have this too. Hadn’t noticed till I saw your question and checked. Annoying as it was the only contact form plugin I could persuade to format adequately for mobile.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. The following form plugins should all work well with Vantage:

    Contact Form 7:

    Ninja Forms:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/ninja-forms/

    Gravity Forms (Premium):
    http://www.gravityforms.com/

    Perhaps start with Contact Form 7 if you’d like a change.

    With regards to troubleshooting the Jetpack Contact Form issue. Try testing the form on a new page in the regular Visual tab, outside of Page Builder. Does it work there? That’ll give you a starting point to resolve.

    We also just discovered this after 2 months of it silently failing. The Jetpack “Contact Form” shortcode renders and processes fine in the native WP “Visual Editor” tab but doesn’t work properly in the “Page Builder” tab when using either the plain old “Text” widget or the Black Studio TinyMCE widget. The contact form is only rendered and not processed when submitted.

      So sorry to hear about the hassle. Could you perhaps let us know if the Jetpack Contact form works in the Visual Editor widget when placed in a regular widget area like the sidebar?
