It’s happening again – Can’t see content in Visual Editor tab.

A week ago, I could not see any content in the “Visual” tab when I went to the visual editor. I logged on the next day and discovered the content was again viewable and editable. I thought it was fixed and we closed the thread. Now the problem has returned. I cannot see any content in the visual tab. There is content in the visual tab, but it is just white HTML text (same as in the text tab).
Nothing has changed on my part. I have not added any new plugins.
In looking back over the forums, it looks like this has been a pretty common occurrence over the last couple of years, but I don’t see any real solutions offered. The most common suggestion is to disable all my plugins, which I have done to no avail. Andrew Misplon are you still out there in Siteorigin support world?
Regards,
Andy

    Hi Andy

    Thanks for posting.

When the error occurs, please, try opening your browser’s JavaScript console and let us know if there are any errors present there. Here is how: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If there are errors in the console, please, take a screenshot and upload the screenshot to imgur.com so we can take a look.

Hello Andrew and Anyone else who might be having this problem of not being able to see any content in the visual edit tab of Site Origin in Word Press. I found the cause. In this case my site security company (SiteLock) was keeping a cache of activities. They cleared the cache and the problem went away. I don’t know the reason, or if this may help someone in the future. I was ready to switch to another WP based visual editor, but now I can keep Site Origin (which I like a lot).
    Thank you,
    Andy
