Hi guys,
Hope you can help me figure out what is going on with my site. I was about to go ahead and launch it tomorrow but I just discovered an issue when the site is viewed on an iPad.
I am using an iPad Air 2. When I pull up the site, the pages are not full width and the circle icons have placed themselves on top of the titles. Also the headline at the top is not formatted properly. The odd part is it shows up perfectly on my iPhone 6.
Do you guys have access to an iPad to view the site and possibly help me, I am pretty much at a loss on this one so I would really appreciate some your help.
If you view the site in on a pc / laptop in something like chrome you can see how it should look…
Thanks,
Rocco
Oh btw, I used Chrome on the same iPad to view the site and everything is perfect, the issue is only in Safari.
Not sure what is going wrong here because this iPad has the most update version of Safari as I just bought it today.
Sorry to hear about this Rocco. I currently don’t have an iPad to test on, just iPhone. Any chance you can upload a screenshot from your iPad to your Media Library and share the link with us?
(All looks normal on Desktop Safari).
Hi Andrew,
Yeah that’s the funny thing, desktop Safari is good to go.
I ensured my iPad has the latest version of iOS and still same deal. Anyhow here are some screenshots.

Any ideas?

Hi Rocco
Greg had a chance to check on Safari iPad now and isn’t seeing the same problems. Please could you try:
1. Clear Safari’s cache and re-check.
2. If you’re logged into WP on your iPad, check when logged out.
Thanks
Hi Andrew,
Really appreciate the help.
That did fix the circle icons, and the headline at the top of the page. The only weird thing is some of the rows are still not appearing full width… I mean I can live with that, not a huge issue. When Greg viewed did everything appear full width?
Thanks!
Rocco
Mmm not quite sure. Perhaps try under Custom CSS:
Adjust as required.
