Issues with fatal error missing files

We made no changes on our site. But we did update the plugin, causing a massive fatal error. and making our site look weird. Can you please take a look? the host said to contact support.

    It sounds like an update might have been interrupted. Please, try deleting and re-installing Page Builder.
