Issues positioning of header widget graphic..

So I recently got an idea from one of your other posts where someone has a second graphic in the “header” of their page to compliment the logo that is there as part of the theme. I can’t find the link but it was related to a Chinese Food Store or something like that. I will try to find it..

Anyway.. All I am trying to is have a second graphic in the header to the right next to the main logo. It seems fine but is exhibiting a weird behavior I can not figure out. When I refresh the page, it pushes the graphic down behind the menu but when I click on one of the menu options it loads the graphic in the correct spot.

Any idea as to what is happening here and how I can resolve it.. Thanks so much

    More searching on your site leads me to believe its something related to this.. Am I correct?
