Issue with WooCommerce Order Tracking and SiteOrigin Page Builder

Hi there,

After noticing the page builder was not working; showed installed but was at bottom of page with nothing in it, I started to dig around.

I deactivated and reactivated each plugin and was able to determine the issue was with the WooCommerce Order Tracking plugin. As we’ve paid to purchase this plugin, it’s really an issue they do not work together.

Any ideas?

    Hi Ashley,

    That’s odd. To clarify, does this issue occur if only SiteOrigin Plugins and WooCommerce and WooCommerce Order Tracking are activated? If it does occur, does this happen with a default WordPress theme?
