    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Thabiso

    Thanks for reaching out.

Try confirming the test as follows:

    1. Deactivate all plugins and switch to the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen.
    2. Activate Page Builder by SiteOrigin and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
    3. Is there an issue at this point?
    4. If there is no issue at this point, activate Netbase Widgets Education For SiteOrigin.
    5. Is there now an issue? If so, it’ll be best to reach out to Netbase for a hand, unfortunately, it isn’t our plugin.

Assuming you get to point 5 and the error occurs at that time, try enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in your WordPress wp-config.php file:

    https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-edit-wp-config-php-file-in-wordpress/

A debug.log file is added to your /wp-content/ folder. There might be useful a error logged.
