Issue with SiteOrigin Features Widget

Hello,

My website recently started experiencing an error that specifically affects the SiteOrigin Features widget. I use the widgets to organize dates and document links for upcoming meetings, typically 3 columns in each row. Recently, however, there has been strange html code showing at the end of the 2nd and 3rd columns only. This is not only on my page for the current year, but happening on all my pages for past years which are not regularly updated. This text does not show when I am utilizing Visual Editor in the widget’s settings in Page Editor, only the Text Editor.

I’ve included a link to how this text displays to front-end website users here: https://ibb.co/sQdq8GR

If I switch to text view in Page Editor, it shows that these links have been duplicated beneath the original entries, but when I delete these extra lines, it completely ruins the spacing and causes all text to smoosh close together.

I’m a beginner WordPress user, so I appreciate your help.
