Hi.
I have an issue with SiteOrigin Editor content being seen through or completely on to of the mobile menu in sydney. Im not sure when this started but i have rolled back several versions of Sydney without any improvement. Sydney tech support adv changing the mobile menu z indez in custom css but this also didnt work.
The problem only happens on pages creates with siteorigin editor, on a mobile phone.
Several pages below ave the issue.
nusgra.co.uk/links
nusgra.co.uk/sms-follow-up
it seems the siteorigin content doesnt allow the meuu to display entirely over the top of the content.
do you have any advice on this?
thank you
Hi Billy
Thanks for reaching out.
Do you know which plugin you’re using to hide the first logo on desktop? The NHS logo only appears on mobile, is that intentional?
Please, try temporarily deactivating all plugins that aren’t authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue persist on mobile?
Hi . thanks for the reply.
The NHS image is in the main page content, and it is visible on desktops and mobiles. Its not being hidden in any way.
However – i have found the issue. A popup plugin called Popup Builder was causing it. I have disabled this plugin and now it all works fine!
Super, that’s great news, I’m glad to hear you found the problem. Popup Maker is worth a look if you need a replacement.
