Hello All,
I followed the ‘migration technique’ (from a previous thread)but unfortunately there was no change. I also noticed that when I downloaded the layout it already had Site origin stated as SiteOrigin_Widget_ImageGrid_Widget, without the ‘s’ on widgets.
I am still unable to see my layout.
Appreciate the help!
Kelsley
Hi Kelsley,
Could you please send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget, and click prebuilt layouts. Then click import / export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
I believe I did this correctly, here’s the link!

Hi Kelsley,
I’ve taken a look at your export. The issue you referenced that required the migration technique is not applicable to your situation. You have widgets missing that are not included in any SiteOrigin plugins. Based on the name of a couple of them they look to be associated with the Rocked theme. I would recommend installing any plugins your theme suggests, and ensuring they’re activated.
I apologize, but I’m not sure that I quite understand what you’re referencing. I am missing a SiteOrigin plugin which is what’s causing the Image Grid by Site Origin to not show up in my posts?
Hi Kelsley,
Hmm. It’s possible I just presumed something I shouldn’t have. Could you take a screenshot of your editor view – the one containing the layout you sent me?
Hi Kelsley,
It’s also possible you don’t have the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle installed. Can you please install that, then navigate to AppearanceSiteOrigin Widgets and ensure the Image Grid is enabled.
Hi Alex,
I do have the bundle installed and image grid is enabled.
Here is the screenshot from my editor view:

Hi is anyone still able to help me resolve this issue?
Hi Kelsley,
Sorry about the delay. I’ll poke Andrew again about this thread. Sorry.
