issue accessing section in page builder after plugins update

after updating the SO plugins, i am having an issue accessing a section of a page created under the “north” theme
it is giving me a “You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on this server”, and “Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request” as well
can you advise urgently please ?

    Hi Katana,

    To clarify, which section are you specifically having troubles with accessing?

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
