Thanks for reaching out. At the moment we offer premium support via the forum and email for our paid theme customers. We’re especially busy at the moment. During these surge periods our free plugin and theme clients do unfortunately get prioritised below our paid customers. There is certainly room to offer paid, premium support for our free products, we unfortunately don’t offer anything like that just yet.
