Is it possible to write custom Javascript for the Posts Carousel?

I am using the SiteOrigin Post Carousel, I understand it is using Slick. Is it possible to write my own Javascript to target slick? For example I have 2 slides, one I would like to enable dots and the other I would like to add centerMode to true.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
