Installing woocommerce shipping rates etc

Hello
I have the Vantage Premium theme with woo commerce installed..I’ve been working on setting up product categories etc but do not know how /if I need to install something that will calculate all the shipping rates etc.
I downloaded ReadyShipper but now have no clue where to install it?? Ugh

    I haven’t used ReadyShipper in the past. If it’s a plugin ZIP file then it will be installed from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.
