Installing updates to Vantage theme

Love all the products and I would simply like to know what would happen if I did not install and update to the Vantage theme. It says something about losing customizations. What would those be exactly? Is it safe, design-wise/plugin-wise to simply tick the box and update?

    Hi Glodesigns,

    Can you please show me a screenshot of the message you’re seeing? I ask as we don’t add that message so I’m unsure where it’s being added. You’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

    Regardless, the only real issues with upgrading themes is if you’ve made direct edits to your theme via FTP or the theme editor (WP AdminAppearanceEditor).
