Inserting custom shortcode in the page breaks layout

Hello.
I created a PHP script for a site that pulls out a database and forms several DIV elements that follow one after another. This function works correctly, everything is tested and works correct without wordpress.
To insert code into wordpress, I use the “Insert PHP” plugin.
The site uses “Page Builder”.
As soon as I insert into the article, he somehow intervenes in the work and breaks the layout.
I looked at the inspector.
Everything should fall inside the block, but only the first two blocks generated by the program get there, the rest is simply inserted into the section
and the last two even in , that is, everything is displayed in an incomprehensible way.
I made a shortcode by editing functions.php myself, it still doesn’t work, the result is the same.
I don’t understand anything. What is this glitch?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Please, try inserting the shortcode into a WordPress Classic Editor page in the Text tab, not in Page Builder and see if the result is different. That’ll give a good indication of where the issue lies and hopefully, point you in the right direction.
