update it looks like a div inside a div is create menu under the scrolling menu but still don’t know how to fix this
would like to avoid having to use css if possible
Hi oscar
Sorry to hear about the hassle. If you added this background via Appearance > Background or Appearance > Customize then nothing should have been broken. My suggestion in this case would be to temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test the problem.
I’m not quite with you when you say it looks like a div inside a div under the scrolling menu. Which page is this visible on?
Thanks
the div inside a div was viewed using the inspect element on the homepage with google however i figured out what was causing it was when my store wide notification from wpfront otification bar when it expired. i think it may be conflicting with my css code however it i leave it activated but just take out the wording so it doesn’t show a banner with words it just ends looking like part of the cosmetics and fixes the menu bar.
Super, glad to hear you were able to locate the source. Thanks for updating us.
