I’m asking how can I put the content of a specified product tag (woo commerce) (//ex /?product_tag=xyz) into a column.

Preface: I would highly recommend installing the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for enhanced interfaces with both of my suggestions.
You can either use the WooCommerce Products widget or use the Post Loop widget.
If you use the post loop widget, open the build posts query and input the product tag into the taxonomies field. Then select the relevant taxonomy from the search dropdown. That’s all you really need to do to select it. Please note that this method relies on your template having a decent loop template. If it doesn’t, the post loop will likely look… well, not very good. That’s sadly not something I can help you with. :(
