Hello,

I recently installed an SSL certificate for one of my domains. Everything is checking out when I test the site out on www.whynopadlock.com, but at the bottom it says that I have an “insecure call” under line #119 in my index.html file.

How do I find this file and what do I add or remove to fix this?

Thanks!

Dan

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dan,

Typically this is a case of an incorrect Site URL. Please navigate to WP Admin > Settings > General and check if any of the URLs on that page contain refer to HTTP rather than HTTPs. If that’s correct, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they have any ideas.

    Thanks, Alex. I’ll try that.
