Influence Errors on some browsers

I am having reports that my Influence site doesn’t show up on some browsers.
It says ‘error’ when uploading.
I cannot determine which browsers. I’ve had many people check for me but it seems fine.
Do you have record of this problem and on which browsers?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Thanks :) All seems normal in OS X Chrome, Firefox and Safari. If possible, the next time you get a report, try get operating system and browser information. That way we can try recreate the users setup and hopefully see the problem live.

    after a little research, one person was on Explorer 11 – she used her laptop
    The other lady said that an error message came up.

    Thanks for the feedback. All looks normal in our IE 11 emulator. Perhaps you could hop on a Windows machine at some point and confirm.

    With regards to the error message, we’d need to know what is said, unfortunately, without knowing its contents, there isn’t much we can do.
