I’m wondering how, if possible, I can change the size of the dropdown submenu text without changing the parent menu text size. Thanks

    Give this a try under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    .main-navigation ul ul { 
  font-size: 11px;
}

    Adjust 11px as required. Hope that helps.
