Incorrect Page Jumps in pages using SiteOrigin

I have a website (http://www.decisionmagic.co.in)I am using SiteOrigin Pagebuilder and have a siteorigin hero image and multiple rows. In one page i have used page jump to a section in another page (usign id) and when i click on the link it takes to that section and when the hero image loads it does the page load animation and does not come to the right location.

Possible situation: The hero image loads late and when it completes it make the page load animation and hence it moves to upper section

Tried moving the locaition with ready and onload functions. It didint help.

Please help.
