Import of Highline SitePack Stalls

I have attempted to import the Highline SitePack a few times and every time it stalls at step 3. It just hangs at (3/53: Installing siteorigin-north Theme) and never progresses past that no matter how long I wait. I have installed SitePacks on other sites using different hosts without issue.

What may be going on here?

    Hi Aum001,

    Unfortunately, there was an issue with the site packs that prevented the importer from completing. Please redownload the highline sitepack and try again. Very sorry about this!
