I have seen this issue postwed a few days ago. Importing Consultant Pack Fails.
I am trying the mono install as posted by.

If there is anything Ican do to help solve this issue please reply. Will let you know if the Mono then consultant install works.

    This typically happens due to the hosting provider. Can you please clarify what hosting provider you’re using?
