Have three minimalist sites, the most has three pages. Using Site Origin North which has been updated. Everything has been working fine until over the weekend when the second images in a column display only a default icon. Removed SO Image widget and image, retryed same issue. Deleted image, re-uploaded to media library, same result. Deleted image again tried different image, same result. These are all sites that were working last week. Have there been any changes I need to be aware of?.

No, I’m honestly not too sure why this is happening. Hm. Maybe try renaming the image to something else prior to uploading? I know that may sound odd but sometimes the file name can use issues (it’s quite rare though).
