Images not loading in carousel

Hi there,

I’ve been having issues with the post carousel where on my main page it doesn’t display the images (all are set as featured in the posts) but on the side bar of the blog page it displays correctly. Both carousels have identical settings (except thumbnail size and post selection but it makes no difference, tested), played with them a number of times and I’m stuck out of ideas.

In the main page editor, if I click Preview in the widget itself, all looks good. On the page preview and the saved page – no images. I hope this makes sense.

Main page (scroll to the bottom if it doesn’t take you there automatically)

    Hi Ana

    Thanks for posting your question.

The cause of the issue isn’t immediately apparent. Perhaps try a quick plugin conflict test to see if a working baseline can be found. Does the issue persist if you briefly deactivate all plugins except Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle?

Thank you for the reply, Andrew.

I found the plugin that’s causing the issue – it’s Jetpack. I haven’t yet figured out how to make both plugins coexist though. If you’ve got any ideas, I’d really appreciate it.

Meanwhile I’ll be in touch with Jetpack support as well.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. To troubleshoot further, please try the following:

    – Activate only Page Builder, the Widgets Bundle, and Jetpack.
    – Confirm the issue persists.
    – Go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules replacing yourdomain with your website domain.
    – Start by deactivating Site Accelerator. Re-check the issue.
    – If the issue persists you can deactivate other modules to try and find the conflicting module.
