Images cropped with Masonry layout

Hi,
I try to use this widget but I am very disappointed: on the front, the images appear oversized and cropped.
Of course, I don’t want the images to be cropped !
I tried several settings with the columns and rows spans. I also changed the number of images and the layout of the page but nothing works.
I carefully read the others issues on the forum but nobody seems to face this problem…
What is the cause and how can I fix it ?
