When I try to edit the image widget in Page builder it is stuck on the loading icon.
this happens on some other widgets with the bundle.
the TXT and circle icon loads the prefrences for those widgets
Hi Mike
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Thanks Andrew.
When I go to apperance -> widgets -> and click on ‘Manage in Customizer’. The page is totally blank (http://scubanation.net/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=widgets&return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fwidgets.php)
The site is not live yet.
The login is

Thanks!
OOPS forgot this is a open forum, DUH. I changed my password.
It’s the SiteOrigins plugin bundle widget. When disabled, I can see the manage widget page.
So I deleted the plugin and installed it again but its doing the same thing.
Again to be clear the issue is when I put one of the foing widgets in page buider and click on edit, the pop up page shows the spinning wheel loading icon and I can not edit the widget. The are all in the SiteOrigin Widget bundle.
SiteOrigin Button
SiteOrigin Editor
Now the SiteOrigin Social Media buttons are diffrent. I tried putting that in the header so I can change the icons since the Vantage Social Media widget can’t. I can edit that widget but wehn I click save, I get the spinning wheel and it never goes away.
I am new to WP. Should I be able to use these widgets in page builder or just the sidebar, footer and header.
Another update.
Now when I try to add pages to my menu I can click the radio button to select the pages but when I click add to menu, again I get the spinning wheel that does not go away. Also, get another blank page when I go to customizer to do it there.
But when I select, ” Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu’ and add pages they do show up in the menu
What is going on???Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
Hey Mike
Thanks for all the updates. Please, try this:
Leave SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle activated. De-activate everything else at once. What happens?
If you’d like to re-send a set of login details I’d be happy to run this check for you.
This is a private message.
Private! That’s it. Winning. I’ll take a look shortly.
Thanks Mike. My guess is that there is a PHP memory limitation. Please, reach out to your hosting company and kindly request that they increase your available PHP memory to 256.
I have asked my hosting company and they are working. I have also noticed when I create a page it is not placing the pages in the main menu correctly even when I choose a parent page.
When I try to fix in the appearance , menu admin page, I get the same spinning wheel when I click the page radio button and then click the add to menu. Does that further sound like a PHP memory issue?
Yup that was it. They increased the memory and the Admin is running smoothly now. Thanks!
Super :) Glad we could help out. All the best.
