Image format for blog slider

HI
I was wondering if you can tell me what the Image format is for the blog slider post.

Im assuming it would be 4:3 ? As the most of my images are 16:9 ratio when it display the image it zooms in to fit the vertical height

Im thinking if i change the image sizing that is picked up by the blog then it should have the right aspect ratio ?

Hope to hear fro you soon,
KR

    Hi Mo

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The posts slider as seen on the Unwind demo home page https://demo.siteorigin.com/unwind/ is 1440px wide by 600px high.

    Thanks,
    I am still having issues.

    The block is cropping the image to fit a prefixed value rather than cropping to the 16:9 ratio i want it to be.

    Example is https://www.londonstyle.club/   The main Huel slider is a different aspect ratio then the actual image so its cropping it to fit.
    How do i reduce it to fit a 16:9 ratio rather than the aspect ration its currently showing ?

    Im assuming its a predefined image ratio the the blog widgets picks up ?

    Hope you can help

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi. The width is determined by the space available, it’s different to my first reply as you have a sidebar present. The theme is setting the slider height to 600px. You change that value if you’d like by inserting the following at AppearanceCustom CSS if you’re using SiteOrigin CSS or CustomizeAdditional CSS:

    .flexslider.featured-posts-slider .featured-posts-slides .featured-post-slide {
    	height: 600px !important;
    }

    You can adjust the value as required.
