I have added the Image Carousel Custom Link multiple times to each image and it still does not work for me. It will only take me to the media file, nothing or the attachment page. It will not take me to the custom link it overrides the custom link and takes me to whatever is selected in the “Link To” dropdown in Gallery Settings. I want all of my images to go to the same page but have been unsuccessful in getting this to work. I tried adding CSS but I am not sure I am doing it right. I would like the images to go to the same page only on the homepage, I do not want this to be the case for all carousel images. Any suggestions?

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

Are you asking about Image Carousel plugin by GhozyLab, Inc? If the challenge you’re facing directly links to Page Builder then we can try assist but if the problem relates directly to the plugin then ideally, the plugin developers would assist with support as they’re most familiar with their plugin. I haven’t used this plugin in the past.
Yes, that is the plugin recommended by Site Origin so that is what I downloaded. I am not sure where the problem exists, I am just trying to link to an existing page for all of my images. I will contact them for assistance.

Can you perhaps let me know where that plugin is recommended? It’s the first time I’ve seen it. We do our best to assist but unfortunately, do need to focus on products that we’ve developed. Hopefully the plugin authors can lend a hand.
