iFrame only partially showing, even with iFrame by webvitaly plugin

I’m trying to add iFrame to my homepage, including a Facebook page widget, but only part of the widget is showing (about the top 150-200px). I’ve had the same problem with iFrame code for Amazon ads and Acast (podcast) players.

I tried downloading the iFrame by webvitaly plugin. Now, when I add the shortcode to a page where I’m NOT using PageBuilder, the code works just fine and I am able to see the full widget. However, when I add that very same code to my homepage built with Page Builder, I can only see part of the widget.

I’ve also tried deactivating all the plugins other than Page Builder and iFrame to see if that might be the trouble, but the issue was not resolved in doing so.

I would really appreciate your help!!

    Hi Evie,

Can you please send me the full shortcode you’re using to add the iFrame so I can get a better idea of how it’s being added? Also, does this issue occur in another theme?

    Hi Alex,

Here’s the full shortcode I’m trying to use:

    [iframe src=”https://embed.acast.com/evieandsarah/familydinnerdrama” width=”400″ height=”400″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ style=”border:none;overflow:hidden;”]

The issue does remain even if I switch to another theme.

Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi Evie,

It looks like your iframes are displaying correctly in your footer. Did you manage to resolve this issue?

    Hi Alex,

The iFrames at the bottom of the homepage are supposed to be 400x400px, so they’re not yet displaying correctly. I’d appreciate any feedback you can offer!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Evie,

Can you please add the iframes to a test page so I can inspect them again? The height was previously missing from the iframes so I had thought you removed it in favor of automatically outputting at the base resolution. To clarify, what widget are you using to add the iframe?

    Hi Alex,

On our homepage, you’ll see I added one of the iframes back to the bottom. It should appear as 400×400 (as here: http://www.evieandsarah.com/podcast-63-family-dinner-drama/).

When adding the iframe, I’m using a text widget.

    THANKS!!

    Hi Evie,

Thanks. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your settings in general?
