I’d like to change the colour patches on the Iris color picker to my brand colors; is this possible?

I’ve found a few ideas on forums but I can’t get anything to work and they seem to relate to an Iris color picker used in a plugin. I guess the Vantage theme would have to support this customisation.

I’ve found the Support post/reply relating to the TinyMCE color picker but that isn’t what I want to do.

    Just did a quick search, it sounds like the color picker you’re referring to has been included in WordPress since 3.5. It would, unfortunately, be beyond our support scope to change the colors in the WordPress or widget color picker.
