Icons not appearing in beaver builder

9 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 9 years ago

Hello,

I have installed SiteOrigin Widget Bundle to use with the Beaver Builder Page Builder. However, when a widget has an option to select an icon, they do not appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

    Hi Crazyrawkr,

Can you please try viewing the icons again and then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

Thanks for the reply, Alex. It seems as though additional aspects of the budgets window are also not working… Here’s a link to an imgur album with all the relevant screenshots.

    Hi Crazy,

I can’t seem to replicate this locally. :(

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Crazyrawkr,

Thank it looks like the fonts aren’t loading for some reason. Hm. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave Beaver Builder active) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
