Icon contains background image on mobile devices and occasionally on desktop sessions

3 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 3 years ago

Hi all been using the Siteorigin page builder for quite some time on my website: https://agrtech.com.au/

On the homepage I have a series of icons for different services strangely on mobile the “Web Services” icon seems to have a image in the background which looks out of place.

Wondering what can be done to fix this as this service icon is the only one affected.

Thanks
Regards
Alessio

    Hi Alessio

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you perhaps send me an export of the Features Widget row? One way of doing that might be to right-click on the right and then select Copy Row from the contextual menu. Next, create a new page, right-click in Page Builder to paste the row. Finally, click Layouts > Import/Export > Download Layout. You can upload the JSON file to WeTransfer.com or any online location and send the link. If you’d prefer to export the whole page, that’s no problem. I’ll take a look locally and try to find the cause of the problem. When I view the page on my phone there is a flash of a background pattern and then it is hidden.

Hi Andrew exported the file do you have a direct support email I can privately share it to?

    Hi Alessio

    Thanks for the update.

You can perhaps upload the file to any cloud storage location like Dropbox or Drive and delete it once I’ve downloaded it.

    Thanks again

    Thanks.

The feature with the issue has the Icon container color set to color; the others are set to white. Try scrolling down to Icon container shape and change the setting from Sticker to None.
