    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Please, feel free to email us on [email protected] with any presale questions.

    Can you perhaps try another browser? To confirm, you select the Credit Card option, a payment window popped up, you entered your info and then an error message appeared?

    You can also pay with a credit card using PayPal. If you select PayPal and then complete your order you’ll be directed to a PayPal window where you can choose between credit card or logging in, at least in most countries.
