From the looks of things, it seems like your copy of Vantage is damaged. I’d suggest logging into your FTP, navigating to wp-content/themes/ and deleting the vantage folder.
Once you’ve done that, download a fresh ZIP file for Vantage Premium (you can find a copy in your original order email). Then navigate to Appearance > Themes, click Add New, then Upload Theme. Finally follow the instructions to install the ZIP file you downloaded.
If that doesn’t help, please don’t hesitate to post here and we’ll continue investigating.

I do not think copy is damaged although I do have another website on this copy and is not working since yesterday as well.
Two my anther websites made on different (newer 2015 theme) are working well.
I called 1and1.com and I was informed that Theme I'm using is not compatible with HTML5. They looking at problems as well.
I'm not going to delete vantage folder and start again. I rather wait for you to look what is wrong. It worked very well till yesterday. Did you hear from anybody else about problems with your theme?

That error message is saying that a file in the theme folder has been deleted. Is it possible that you deleted a file while making changes to the theme files? The file that’s missing is called header.php in the Vantage theme folder. If you download a fresh ZIP file and extract it, you’ll see a file called header.php. Just upload this file to the vantage folder on your server.
If possible, when you’re making changes to a theme, you shouldn’t edit the theme files directly. This can often result in errors like this. Ideally you should create a child theme – Page: Child Themes

I could believe I deleted header.php but I did not worked or opened this website for a few days and it has the same error.
Would it be possible for you to check if the header.php file is missing?

I spoke again with tech from 1and1, he change permission from 555 to something else but it turn back to 555 and that is why he thinks the file is corrupted. He was unable to help.

Deleting the “vantage” folder and re-installing has been successful. It’s possible that a plugin or a hack or some other unknown factor corrupted the theme.
To recover your second site, please, follow these steps:
1. Login your to your hosting File Manager:

Navigate to:
Delete the folder named “vantage”.
Next, go to:
Private Snippet
Login and go to Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme
Upload the Vantage ZIP file and activate.
