I need serious help My page has been down for a month

Hello,

Whenever I go to my website I get this message:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function vc_add_shortcode_param() in /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/compat/visual-composer/visual-composer.php:31 Stack trace: #0 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): SiteOrigin_Widgets_Bundle_Visual_Composer->init(”) #1 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #2 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php(199): do_action(‘vc_after_init’) #4 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): Vc_Manager->init(”) #5 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #6 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #7 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-settings.php(448): do_action(‘init’) #8 /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-config.php(97): require_once(‘ in /home4/triquest/public_html/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/compat/visual-composer/visual-composer.php on line 31

Could someone explain what this means? I have to call hostgator each time for them to remove all of my widgets. Each time I add the Siteorigin widget bundle to my page this message keeps popping up. Could you email me at [email protected]. My email is being updated since moving into a new building.

Thank You,

Francisco Leonardo Pomare

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Leonardo,

    Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this issue locally. Can you please clarify what version of Visual Composer you’re using? I ask as vc_add_shortcode_param() is a function added in newer versions of Visual Composer so if you’re using an older version that would explain why this issue is occurring.
