I am having difficulty getting the customizing the site via Themes – customize.
I have clicked on the tab and nothing happens, I have used your theme on other website and not had any problems at all.
As you can see from the screencast link, http://screencast.com/t/XRyRsSoM0H the section opens but nothing is available on the left hand part of the screen.
I would be grateful if you have any idea as to what I need to do as I really do not want to wipe everything and start again.

Let’s take a look at two different avenues. I think this might be a PHP memory issue or perhaps a plugin conflict. Let’s start with the plugin conflict test, it’s quite fast. Instructions below:
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the problem doesn’t resolve when temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrgin plugins then you’ll know this isn’t a plugin conflict.
