I don’t see changes in website after updating pages.

hello sir, I have got a premium vantage theme. I have problems regarding updating my pages,widgets etc.
after pages,widgets are publish or updated it is seen only on view page option while editing it but not on website even after i publish it.. changes on website are seen sometimes only but not immediately .. please help me to fix this problem.. this thing is so much irritating . hope to get response ASAP.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Try heading to Plugins, check the list, are you using a caching plugin? If so, go to the settings page of your caching plugin and clear its cache. Once you’ve done that, disable the plugin until you’ve finished development.
