I don’t see changes in website after updating pages.

hello sir, I have got a premium vantage theme. I have problems regarding updating my pages,widgets etc. after pages,widgets are publish or updated it is seen only on view page option while editing it but not on website even after i publish it.. changes on website are seen sometimes only but not immediately .. please…
