I can’t remove comments from my pages.

I can’t seem to remove the comments section from the bottom of my pages. I’ve unchecked the “allow people to comment” on the Discussion Settings page. I’ve unchecked comments and discussion on each page in the screen option settings. Nothing is working! Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dustin

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Screen Options just decides what options you’re able to view on the admin screen, it doesn’t have any impact on the actual front end display of your site. Head to a page in question, open Screen Options, check the Discussion box and then scroll down to that section and un-check the comments options there.

    Ah… Thank you! I love an easy fix just when I was getting frustrated.
    The support for this theme has been awesome, I will definitely start here when I look for my next theme!
