I can’t find phrase “Leave a comment” in “vantage.pot” file for translate it.
Translating phrase “Posted on” not work.
I hope, that you can understand my “beautiful” English. ))

    Apologies for the hassle. There was an issue updating the .pot file in the last update. Try this version:

    https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/vantage.pot

    That’ll resolve the Posted on issue.

    Have you set the language of your WordPress installation? I think Leave a comment should be automatically translated.
