    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ricardo

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Thanks for the screencast. Please could you check for a plugin conflict. Try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-checking the Customizer. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation, re-check the Customizer.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thanks Andrew for your answer.
    You are right
The conflict is with the Easy Bootstrap Shortcode Pro plugin.
    See the next video.

    Hi, I Work Here

The JS setting will load the same file, it’s just asking which source to use. We’ve had issues with Bootstrap plugins before but not Customizer issues, mostly just clashes with our own font icons. I unfortunately don’t have one to recommend.

The Customizer clash is most likely a JS clash. You can try checking for JS errors with the Bootstrap plugin ON:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis

You could also try turning it off, making changes, then turning it back on, as you don’t need constant access to the Customizer. Bit of a hack though.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve logged this on our side, there is unfortunately nothing I can offer in the short term as a hotfix. The workaround would be to find a plugin that doesn’t cause this clash. Sorry I don’t have more.
