I have been unable to edit one of my pages for over a week.
For some reason, the screen to edit it is not there/is not showing.
The other pages are ok.
The front end is visible.
I was able to edit the page, briefly, for a short time, then it disappeared and did not come back. This was when I turned everything off and restarted everything, including the computer and the website. This does not work, now.
I have spent a lot of time on this page; I need to edit it and continue to add to it.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

In terms of your response;
I have only 4 pluggins installed. These are MetaSlider, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, SiteOrigin CSS, and SiteOrigins Widget Bundle.
I have specifically decided to install the very minimal amount of plugins until I have the website completely built.
I disabled MetaSlider and cleared the cache. The ‘edit’ screen did appear, momentarily. I made 1 change and it has disappeared again. I have logged out and restarted my laptop.
Please could you let me know what your thoughts are. Thank you.

Thanks. According to the markup of the page having issues, there’s a PHP error. Please enable WP_DEBUG which will requrie editing wp-config.php. This will allow for the PHP error to be visible. Once you’ve done this, please let me know.

Sorry about the delay, but I was not comfortable with making changes with any code I am unfamiliar with. I needed to research it and clear the space to do it.
Once I did my research, I found out what I needed to do, including backing up the website, and this aspect did not take any time at all.
I have now done this.

I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I go to the edit screen. I show you an example of the page I cannot edit and one of the ones I am able to edit ( I have edited out sensitive information – I do not know whether this email is public).

I can assure you the page is not working.
I am beginning to become very frustrated.
Nothing has changed since I first contacted you in April.
I have carried out all the tasks, which have taken my time to ensure I was doing them properly, removing the plugins, removing the cache, backing my site up, etc and it is now holding up the launch of my project.

Unfortunately, the last reply we received from you was 20 days ago. Can you please provide me with the screenshot you previously tried to send me? I ask as the last time we spoke I mentioned I was no longer able to replicate this issue, and you said you could. I just tried replicating this issue again, and it’s still working without issue for me. For reference, I checked every page you have on your website – they all work for me.
Also, are you able to replicate this issue in another browser or on another computer? How about with the account you created me?
