    Hi EVE,

So to clarify, you’re unable to access the editor at WP AdminAppearanceEditor, correct? If so, it’s possible your hosting provider has disabled this functionality. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for support on this matter.

You could also try manually enabling the theme and plugin editor by following the directions outlined in this article (this will require editing wp-config.php). Please note that any edits to themes or plugins via the editor will be lost on update. This is one of the many reasons people typically disable these editors.

    Hi Tks,

I’ve replied to your premium support email.

To clarify further, we (as in SiteOrigin) in no way restrict the editor. If you’re unable to access it, something else is preventing it. The above-outlined instructions will help you identify what is restricting it.
